Mr. Normans Home Services was founded by Irhad, a Bosnian immigrant who moved to the United States in the early 1990s. When Irhad was just seven years old, his family arrived in the U.S. with limited English skills and no knowledge of the culture. They settled in a small community in Boise, Idaho where they were welcomed with open arms.
One of Irhad’s neighbors in the small trailer park his family lived in was a man named Norman, who was always tinkering with motorcycles in his garage. To Irhad, Norman was a daunting figure, with a gruff exterior and rough-looking appearance. But one day, when Irhad’s bike broke down, he decided to swallow his fear and ask for help.
To Irhad’s surprise, Norman handed him a wrench and taught him how to fix the bike himself. Over time, Norman became a great influence on Irhad, teaching him to be self-sufficient, and showing him the importance of hard work and determination. Norman taught Irhad many skills, from planning a project to maintaining completed projects to ensure the longest life of any solution.
Decades and many projects later, Irhad decided to start his own home maintenance company, which he named after Norman to honor the man who had helped him so much when he was young. Mr. Normans Home Services quickly gained a reputation for excellent workmanship, reliable service, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Today, Mr. Normans Home Services continues to thrive, providing homeowners with a wide range of services, from minor repairs to major renovations. But no matter how big or small the job, the company remains true to the values that Norman instilled in Irhad all those years ago – hard work, self-sufficiency, and a willingness to help others whenever possible.
